“REVEALED”
What you’re about to read is a brief
but highly detailed documentary of Minister Gregory “The Minista”
Todd’s, previous worldly life of fleshly lust and self centered
sinful activities. His carnal minded desire for worldly riches, fame
and women drew him into a demonic web-like world of Lies, Crime,
Drugs, and perverted sexual activities with both men and women. But
on the 14th day in August of 2002 The Lord God did
something to Minister Todd that he says he’ll never forget for as
long as he lives. This, my dear brothers and sisters is just another
powerfully amazing example of God’s gloriously wonderful gift of
Rescue, Release and Restoration. A gift given to this once sin
infested vessel which the Almighty Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is
now ultimately able to use for the uplifting of His mighty name
through the ministry of Christian Rhythm & Praise. This ministry is
specifically directed, but not limited to the youth and young adults
in physical, spiritual and emotional bondage throughout the entire
world today.
Born and raised on the outskirts of
Atlanta in a small time secluded section of the city called Tucker,
Ga., Gregory Todd a.k.a. “The Minista”, says that he has a lot to be
thankful for, and gives all the Glory and the Praises to his
Almighty Lord and Savior Jesus the most merciful Christ for saving
his soul and restoring his life. At one point in time he used to
tell people that he was lucky to be alive, but now he’ll tell anyone
without hesitation that his luck ran out when JESUS came in. Mr.
Todd has no problem with letting the world know that he realizes
without a shadow of a doubt that if it hadn’t been for the loving
protective hand of Christ Jesus Himself, he would undoubtedly be
suffering in eternal fires of HELL at this very moment. He also
realizes the fact that it was only GOD’S unmatched mercy and
glorious grace towards his life that has allowed him to be here
today to testify of the Lord’s awesome power and undying love for
him. At the age of about fifteen years old while still in high
school and not old enough to yet understand what life was really
about, Minister Todd became addicted to crack cocaine and
eventually, because of depression and peer pressure started smoking
cigarettes and drinking alcohol as well. His life soon took a
terrible turn for the worst and started an immediate down spiral
towards destruction. His interest in secular music and his desire
for worldly fame and fortune ultimately drove him further into the
enemies territory when he decided to take a recording offer from an
independent minor label located in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Mr. Todd
says that from the very moment that he reached his destination all
of his worldly dreams came true. In almost no time at all he was
signed and immediately caught up into a world of adultery,
fornication, drugs, alcohol and violence.
What started off as an initial
small recording contract led to several other major recording
contract offers. During the time that he spent in the world of
secular music his use of alcohol, crack and powder cocaine increased
to a deadly level of usage. After about five years or so Gregory
returned to Georgia only to continue in his destructive activities.
After nearly overdosing a total of five times and being caught in
several drug related shootouts and being incarcerated a total of
forty times, the Lord delivered Mr. Todd from each and everything
that the enemy Satan had thought that he could use to destroy him.
Now after a total of twelve complete years of drugs, alcohol,
fornication, crime and violence, the Lord Jesus Christ has Rescued,
Delivered, Restored and employed Mr. Todd as an effective lyrical
weapon with his own special gift of Rhythm and Praise to speak,
fight and war against the same exact things that Satan had attempted
to destroy him with. Mr. Todd says that if it hadn’t been for the
unmatched mercy and grace that his loving Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ has blessed him with throughout his entire life, the fires of
hell definitely would be the place where he would be presently
spending an eternity in absolute pain and suffering without
question.
Mr. Todd is truly a living testimony
of the absolute awesome POWER of GOD ALMIGHTY and the ministry that
The Lord God has bestowed upon Mr. Todd is truly a powerful one
